Ceremonies that make you smile
Celebrant background: I became a Marriage Celebrant in 2011. My J.O.B is to take care of the important legal details and make sure the marriage a valid one, but my J.O.Y is to create a ceremony that will delight you and your guests. I love everything about weddings! So, I am in the perfect job because I get to go to them all the time LOL!
With more than 450 weddings (and over 100 other ceremonies) under my belt, there are so many happy couples and families that have become good friends. I know I have found my true calling.
Why I'm a celebrant: I honestly believe that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. Whether it’s your 1st wedding or your 3rd, you should consider it as a new beginning and you should mark this new beginning with a ceremony that reflects your true selves. Do you share a sport or a hobby? Are you in touch with nature and long to marry in the bush or on the beach? Are you a romantic at heart or do you just have a wicked sense of humour? Everyone has a style, everyone has a story ... and I love hearing them!
Tips : Just love one another and you will be happy. It's as simple and as difficult as that!

We have two fur-babies, Dusty the border collie, and Louis XIV (he's a poodle)
We have two sons, aged 32 and 35 (they’ve moved out so now it’s all about the dogs!)
I love a good Karaoke night
I used to host Trivia Nights (and that's come in handy as an MC!)
I was a tap dancer in my youth, I’ve still got my medals
I know all the words to Bohemian Rhapsody
I can drive an automatic, four on the floor, and three on the tree
I’ve never had to change a flat tyre, someone always pulls over to do it for me
I thought I would have won Lotto by now?
I choose 'History' or 'Arts & Literature' when I play Trivial Pursuit
I sheared a sheep in Scotland
I’ve ridden on the 'Tequila Express' in Mexico
I always leave room for dessert
I don’t do windows
